This dyadic program contains a set of modules that will give you an opportunity to learn, discuss and practice approaches and methods that will help you improve your family relationships and help you and your family function in a healthy way.

Through engaging weekly readings, dyadic discussions and exercises, and weekly reflections and practice, you and your partner will explore the topic of functional and dysfunctional families, digest the materials through your own perspective, and apply the insights to positively impact your current family relationships.
