Our Human Resources Management (HRM) courses are designed to engagingly meet the needs of professionals and students in a series of courses that meet the requirements of a semester long Human Resources Management course and beyond.
The series of courses includes innovative features designed to enhance participant learning, including dyadic interaction, links to video, and psychometric evidence of ethics related variables, all of which shift norms, expectations and instill in participants the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform responsibility and professionally in business.
Participants are introduced to the field of HRM, and learn about legal and social implications of managing employees. Students will learn strategies to plan, recruit, compensate, develop, and engage a company’s workforce. The course covers additional topics including unions, employee safety, corporate social responsibility, global HRM, and small business HRM.
