Organizational Behavior

Our Organizational Behavior (OB) courses are designed to engagingly meet the needs of professionals and students in a series of courses that meet the requirements of a semester long OB course and beyond.

The series of courses includes innovative features designed to enhance participant learning, including dyadic interaction, links to video, and psychometric evidence to fully utilize the theory, concepts, and applications learned.

We emphasize the impact that individuals and groups have on organizational performance, culture and society. The courses engages participants in entrepreneurial thinking, managing change, using tools/technology, and responsible management.

The OB courses are broken into several core areas, and can be combined to serve as a university level course in Management, or bundled for 3 levels of certification, basic, advanced or executive certifications. See Certifications for more information

    18-hour virtual leadership training experience delivered over 8 weeks in a dyadic, peer to peer based course, guided by expert leadership content and guidance.
